We have been helping small business owners grow their businesses since 2007, with services like website design, search engine optimisation (SEO), social media management, Google Ads etc. During this time, some of the common questions our clients have asked are:

Further to this, as we perfected our SEO strategy and how we structure our client websites, we found more and more limitations with the website platforms out there. So in 2019 after the website platform we were using was shut down, we decided to build our own. This has led to the Smartyr team of Developers building a range of tools to help us and our clients deliver a leading-edge marketing and sales solution.

SmartyrDXP
The SmartyrDXP was the first tool that we built and is what all our websites are built on. This is a Content Management System (CMS), or more accurately, a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) that has been built to not only allow us to build the perfect website for SEO, but also make it easy for our clients to add content to their site like projects, photos, videos and more.
Whilst the first version was completed 2020, we have been continually improving this to ensure it remains industry leading in both performance and usability.
SmartyrDashboards
This is something that we've wanted to build for a long time. Being conversion-driven, we have always wanted to build a dashboard for our clients to see exactly how each marketing channel is performing, right down to how many sales they generated compared to what they cost (ROI or ROAS). When we thought about this, the next logical step was to include data, so our client can see all the critical numbers in their business to ensure that they are not only maximising their sales, but also their profitability.

SmartyrInbox
This is something that our clients have been asking for from the very beginning. As we grew the number of leads they were getting, they started to lose control over managing them. Generally, a small business starts by simply using their email platform for webforms and email enquiries and maybe a notepad (or similar) for phone calls. This may work for a few leads a week, but as they grow it becomes unsustainable. Our clients would start to get people complaining they never got back to them, or they would lose which quotes etc went where. When they asked us for suggestions, we weren't able to really help except point them towards platforms that were really too complex for their needs.
The SmartyrInbox is designed to be a simple, easy to use platform where you can manage all your communications from the one inbox. We have been working on this for some time now, and are close to having a Beta Version. We hope to look at bringing on our first users later in 2026.
SmartyrCRM
The SmartyrCRM is an extension of the SmartyrInbox and will include a simple Kanban board to manage prospects through the sales process. It will also have a database of all your clients with a history of all communications and the ability to bulk message them.
SmartyrChat
The SmartyrChat will be a chatbot for your website that is fully integrated with our other SmartyrApps for ease of use and reliable data.
SmartyrNewsletter
The SmartyrNewsletter will be an integration with our websites (SmartyrDXP) that will allow you to easily send out monthly newsletters, simply by selecting the latest Blog, Projects or Info pages you have created. Simply write an introduction and hit send.
SmartyrAI
We went live with our first version of SmartyrAI at the end of 2025. This version was simply an AI Writer to write unique content for all our client suburb pages to our proven formula with key client information included. We will expand this into a complete Large Language Model (LLM) for each of our clients, that allows us to keep training it with communications we have with our clients. This means it will know more about their business than even their staff.
Once we have this, we can use it in-house for our various marketing strategies and the client will be able to use it to assist their admin staff etc. Aside from this, we can also build it into our various tools to streamline the process even more. Think SmartyrInbox and SmartyrChat for starters.
