We first designed a website for Haddon Kitchens in July 2009; back when we were still just a web design company and hadn't started offering digital marketing services. Then in October 2010, when they heard we were now offering web marketing, they asked us to start developing their website.

During our time working with Haddon Kitchens, they expanded into bathroom renovations. So we started optimising their website for both kitchen and bathroom renovations. At its' peak, their website was getting close to 6000 visitors and these were converting to around 70-80 webforms. However, towards the end of 2015, they decided to go back to focusing on kitchens only. So we removed all mention of bathrooms, which obviously had a negative impact on how much traffic and enquiries the website was generating. After a slow drop off for the next year, we have started to see a return to growth.

Even with the change in direction, their website is generating enough enquiries that they needed to employ someone just for quoting. This has allowed them to continue to grow their business way beyond where it was before starting with us.

Client Profile:

Haddon Kitchens and Cabinets is a family owned and run Kitchen Company. They are based in the Brisbane Northside and have been manufacturing kitchens for over 30 years.

  • Identified what keywords they needed to rank for and optimised the site for these
  • Tweaked the website design to maximise conversions
  • Developed a blog module to easily show their latest projects

In 2009 we were looking to develop a website for our business, Haddon Kitchens and Cabinets. Not quite knowing where to start, we received a very positive referral from one of our suppliers about a company called Probity Web Marketing. After the initial meeting with Jarrod we felt comfortable with the idea of what the website could do for our business. Numerous discussions followed with lots of input from both sides and before long our new website was up and running.

We quickly realised that websites need frequent monitoring to keep the content fresh and active, so we now have Probity Web Marketing working on our website on a regular basis. The results are very pleasing with the traffic to our website increasing but more importantly we are getting more conversions to our ‘Get a Quote’ forms.
