Monthly Tasks:

  • Clear Conversion Goals decided on and set up for tracking (at start of the program)
  • Website Reviewed through Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics to identify underperforming:
    • Keywords Phrases
      • Poor Ranking
      • Poor Click Thru Rates
    • Landing Pages
      • High Bounce Rates
      • Low Goal Conversion
  • Keyword Research for new opportunities and poor performing Landing Pages
  • Content Reviewed/Written considering:
    • Keywords
    • Meta Data
    • Links
    • Alt Tags
    • Call to Action
    • Overall Layout
  • Social Media set up and managed (if needed)
  • Link Building (if needed) 

Plan Details:

All Plans cover the above tasks. The only difference is on how much time is devoted to completing these tasks on a monthly basis. So the higher the plan, the more time is spent on your website and therefore the faster (and generally bigger) the results. So to minimise the confusion, it simply comes down to your budget and how fast you want your website optimised.

Lastly, it is important that your website is continually reviewed, tweaked and new content added. Google considers how recent your content is when deciding where to rank you, so if your site has content that is old, then you will be placed lower down. For this reason, our bottom plan is designed more to help you keep your website ticking along. If you would like to maintain your own website once it has been optimised, then we can also charge an hourly rate to review your website every month and give you an action plan.

Maintenance Plan (approx 8-10 hours/month) - $750 inc GST

Intermediate Plan (approx 22 hours/month) - $1650 inc GST

Fast Results Plan (approx 35 hours/month) - $2250 inc GST
