Haddon Kitchens and Cabinets is a family owned and run Kitchen Company. They are based in the Brisbane Northside and have been manufacturing kitchens for over 25 years. In the last few years they expanded out of their small premises at Dayboro to large, purpose built facilities at Narangba.

Issues:

  • Initially the Client just wanted a website to support their current Marketing and Client Referrals.
  • After having the site for over a year and seeing sporadic leads coming through, they decided that they should spend some money on optimisation. They could then use this as a new Marketing Channel. 

Needs:

  • A professional looking website that they could update if they wanted. Must be easily optimised to increase Natural Search.
  • Website Optimisation Plan to improve Natural Search traffic and conversion. 

Solution:

  • Designed and built a professional looking website using the Adobe Business Catalyst platform. This is a dynamic platform that allows the client to easily update their own website.
  • Started client on the “Bronze” Web Marketing plan. This included:
    • All tasks in the Web Marketing Plans.
    • Managing Photo galleries of new Projects and Designs.

Results (as at Jan 2015 – 4+ year period):

  • Website completed and operating as planned.
  • Visitor Traffic up from around 200/month to between 4000-5600/month. This is an increase of at least 1900%.
  • Goal Conversion^ up from less than 4/month to 50-60/month. This is an increase of at least 1150%.
